STRESS MANAGEMENT WITH REIKI

One of the most powerful healing benefits of Reiki is its ability to melt away stress. Many people try to juggle their jobs, their personal obligations and the needs of their families, and end up feeling totally overwhelmed. The struggle to cope can lead to chronic stress, insomnia and sometimes a breakdown of the immune system and sickness. The daily practice of Reiki enables people to relax deeply, shed the energetic blockages caused by stress and re-establish their own energetic balance. Moreover, in very stressful situations, just a few minutes of self Reiki can produce a much calmer state that allows for clearer thinking and less panic.

We now offer an abbreviated Reiki class which includes a healing attunement and will provide the opportunity to learn self healing techniques and meditations, opening them up to the flow of this soothing, positive energy. This Stress Management class is only 2 hours, but it can be empowering and life changing!
