Women have a tendency to take care of others and neglect their own needs. Often the stress from juggling too much gets out of hand and women's bodies break down and they become ill. This Reiki class is specifically designed to introduce Reiki tools and techniques that can be used at any time day or night to relieve and manage stress. Students will receive a Reiki attunement, learn hand positions for self-treatment, learn centering and grounding techniques and meditations. This class does not certify the student as a practitioner.

Special individual or group classes for those who have a painful health condition or injury and need tools to manage pain naturally at any time or place. This 2 hour class includes a guided meditation, discussion of Reiki's orgins and applications, healing attunement and self treatment. It does not certify the student as a level I practitioner. Reiki Level I

This level includes discussion of the history and origins of Reiki and its applications, guided meditation, followed by the attunement. After the lunch break there is a practical hands-on workshop using the hand positions for self treatment and treatments on others, as well as instruction on energy field scanning. Students will also learn other healing techniques that can be done with this level. In addition, students will receive a Reiki I manual, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level I Practitioner Certificate and lineage as well as a suggested reading list. Class time is 6-8 hours, with a break for lunch. Cost $150/person.

Reiki Level II (Prerequisite Reiki I)

There will be exercises to open intuitive awareness, guided meditation and an attunement to Reiki level II, wherein the symbols are activated for the students. Following a lunch break the students will practice sending remote Reiki, treating spaces, healing relationships, past/future events and Reiki writings. Students receive a Reiki II manual, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level II Practitioner Certificate and lineage. Class time is 6-8 hours with a break for lunch. Cost $250/person.

Reiki Level III/Master

(Prerequisite Reiki II and extensive practice with Reiki symbols and remote Reiki)

The Master level is taught to those who want to take their Reiki to a new level. They may want to teach and pass attunements, practice Reiki on a professional level or want to move to a higher level of spiritual development. The level includes a guided meditation, learning Reiki master symbols, the master attunement, learning to pass attunements (for healing or to create new healers). Following the lunch break students will practice passing attunements and discuss Reiki best practices and ethics. Students receive a Reiki III manual, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Level III/Master certificate, lineage and information on exercises and meditations to maintain a clear channel. Class time is 6-8 hours with a break for lunch. Cost $500/person.
